Broadcasts and templates

Send approved WhatsApp templates to an audience, and manage the templates themselves.

Broadcasts send an approved template to a chosen audience now or on a schedule, with a history of every send. Templates are created and submitted to Meta from the dashboard, with their approval status shown, or picked from Meta's pre-approved library.

Common questions

Who can I broadcast to?

Only contacts who have not opted out. Business-initiated messages must use an approved template, which is Meta's rule for WhatsApp.
