Orders, COD and cancellations

Live orders from the store, with WhatsApp confirmation status on every one.

Orders are read live from the connected store and loaded as the merchant scrolls. Each shows its status, payment type and whether a WhatsApp update was sent. Cash-on-delivery orders get a confirmation message and are tracked until the customer confirms or cancels.

What it can do

• Live order list with status, payment (COD or prepaid) and 'WhatsApp sent' marker
• COD confirmation tracking: confirmed, cancelled, awaiting reply, not confirmed, and the confirmation rate
