Automations
Messages that send themselves at the right moment in an order's life.
Automations react to store events and send WhatsApp messages using approved templates. Each rule can be switched on per store, delayed, and tested by sending it to your own number, and the Activity feed shows what actually went out for each order.
What it can do
- Order lifecycle: confirmation, COD confirmation, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled, refund, payment failure
- Recovery: abandoned cart, cart reminders, browse abandonment, win-back
- Engagement: welcome message, review requests, back-in-stock and price-drop alerts
- Per-automation delay, template choice and test send
- Activity feed per order and a Scheduled view of what is queued

Common questions
- Do automations use free-form text?
- They send Meta-approved message templates, which is what WhatsApp requires for business-initiated messages outside the 24-hour window.
